Power Mosfets


The TA-1600 uses 1 pair of Mosfets per channel.

Eventhough lateral mosfets are thermally stable (they do not suffer from thermal runaway), they can still be damaged if their operating temperature is excessive.

The TA-1600 is designed to protect the mosfets from over temperature.

Note the thermal controller above the mosfets.
