this SAE Mk IVC is an excellent choice for a complete redesign.
The original output, which was in Quasi-complementary, is
redesigned for Full Complementary.
High power MJ15024/25 transistors replace the SAE701 as well
as the drivers MJ802/4502.

Product Description
This SAE Mk IVC has been completely redesigned to improve its
performance. Instead of the original Quasi-complementary outputs,
its power stage is now Full Complementary. The drive circuitry
though, has been retained to preserve the essence of the original
design.
Manufactured between 1973-1974, the SAE Mk IVC is still one of
the most musical amplifiers around.
